Terms & Conditions – TopCodder Institute

These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for enrollment, participation, certification, conduct, refund policies, and other important aspects of training at TopCodder Institute. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with these terms.


1. Enrollment & Payment

1.1 Registration

  • Students must complete the registration process by filling out the required forms and providing the necessary documents.

  • The course fee must be paid in full or as per the installment plan before the commencement of classes.

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

1.2 Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made via:

    1. Cash

    2. Bank Transfer

    3. Online Payment Methods (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, etc.)

    4. Any other methods specified by the institute

  • Installment payment options are available for courses above ₹10,000.

1.3 Discounts & Offers

  • Any discounts or promotional offers are valid only during the specified period.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

  • The institute reserves the right to change or withdraw discounts without prior notice.


2. Attendance & Participation

2.1 Attendance Requirement

  • Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for certification.

  • Attendance is monitored, and students falling below the required percentage may not receive their certificate.

2.2 Punctuality & Discipline

  • Students must arrive on time for classes.

  • Repeated late arrivals or absences may impact assessment scores and eligibility for certification.

2.3 Assignments & Assessments

  • Timely submission of assignments and projects is mandatory.

  • Failure to submit assignments on time may affect certification eligibility.


3. Certification

3.1 Certification Eligibility

  • A student will receive a certificate only if they:

    1. Meet the attendance requirement (75%)

    2. Submit all assignments and projects on time

    3. Pass the required assessments and exams

3.2 Certificate Issuance

  • Certificates will be issued within 30 days of successful course completion.

  • Students may request a physical copy of their certificate for an additional processing fee of ₹500.


4. Conduct & Discipline

4.1 Student Behavior

  • All students must maintain professional and respectful behavior towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.

  • Any form of harassment, bullying, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • The institute reserves the right to suspend or expel students for misconduct without refund.

4.2 Use of Institute Property

  • Students must respect and maintain all institute property, including computers, software, and study materials.

  • Any damage to institute property caused by a student must be compensated by them.


5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Course Cancellation

  • If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment, they must notify the institute at least one week before the course start date.

5.2 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if cancellation is made before the course start date.

  • A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • No refunds will be issued after the commencement of the course.

5.3 Course Transfers

  • Students may request a transfer to another batch or course if seats are available.

  • Course transfers are subject to approval by the institute and may incur additional charges.


6. Amendments & Policy Changes

  • TopCodder Institute reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

  • Any changes to policies will be communicated through official channels (email, website, or notice boards).

  • Students are responsible for staying updated with any modifications to the terms and conditions.


7. Technical Support & Learning Resources

7.1 Study Materials

  • Students will receive learning resources and course materials as part of the program.

  • Study materials are for personal use only and should not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.
